Marketing Manager - Offline Media

Essential Functions:

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of offline marketing professionals


• Manage expectations around tactical prioritization, branding and positioning, sales messaging, budget and timelines


• Ensure skills of our offline marketing professionals are in line with the demands of the marketplace and company sales objectives


• Develop and deliver effective direct marketing plans and ensure brand integrity for multiple offices through sound leadership of the offline marketing team


• Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop testable ideas that evoke target market response and optimize marketing communications strategy


• Oversee day-to-day management of multi-channel direct marketing efforts


• Responsible for the direct marketing planning, development with creative team, establishment of metrics, and monitoring and evaluation of ROI


• Marketing P&L responsibilities including helping develop and execute marketing budgets on a yearly/monthly basis for different campaigns


• Collaborate with all marketing specialties (creative, community, media, PR and others)


• Interacts with senior leaders and provides proactive support in the development and execution of local marketing programs


• Coordinate ongoing management of internal and external suppliers to facilitate progress and timely completion of projects

Experience - External:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field


• 5+ years of management experience; Prior experience in mentoring, coaching and performance management


• 6-8+ years multi-channel marketing experience


• Must have solid mix of direct marketing technical, creative, and strategic skills


• Possesses excellent project management, logistical coordination and customer service skills


• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills


• Strategic thinking ability, strong analytical skills and results orientation


• Positive attitude, flexibility, creativity and team orientation a must


• Demonstrate effectiveness building strong relationships with inter-company divisions
